What is this service?
The bottle contains a form for you to fill in with your name, medication, allergies and emergency contact details. Once you have completed the form, put it back inside the bottle with a copy of your prescription and put the bottle in your fridge, ideally in the door to allow it to be found quickly in an emergency. There are 2 sticks in the bottle - stick one green sticker on your fridge and close to your front door in a visible position. If emergency services ever get called to your property they will know who you are and what medication you are on within a matter of seconds which is vital to saving lives.
