HEADWAY: SUPPORT FOR CARERS OF ADULTS WITH TRAUMATIC AND ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY

What is this service?

Free carer advice and support for carers of people with traumatic and acquired brain injury. This page is for professionals to refer clients who are caring for someone with an ABI and need support. If you are wanting to make a self-referral, please see below.

Headway Essex's support team can provide you with direct, emotional and practical support.

We also have support groups across Essex that meet each month in easily accessible and relaxed community settings. These groups run in Benfleet, Epping, Chelmsford, Colchester and Clacton.

All carers are welcome and there are absolutely no expectations on you as an attendee; you can interact as little or as much as you like.
