Every Day Counts

What is this service?

Every Day Counts is a support group which has been set up specifically for people in the earlier stages of the dementia journey. Helping people to retain their existing skills and an active role in community life are aspirations at the heart of all that we do. There’s always something going on at Every Day Counts, we may be cooking lunch together, doing arts and crafts or just heading out and about for the day. Opportunities to enjoy new experiences and to discover new skills are always on offer. Every Day Counts is a social club which includes trips out, arts and crafts, dancing, singing, walking, pub lunches, music, quizzes, exercise, use of an outside adult gym and tennis, football and much more. Lots of fun and laughter is the order of the day. All refreshments, lunches and trips are included in the price.
We meet every Tuesday at the Springfield Parish Centre, Chelmsford from 11am to 4pm
We meet every Wednesday and Thursday at Bradwell Village Hall, Braintree from 11am to 4pm.
