English for Women Warm Space
What is this service?
English for Women sessions reduce isolation for women who speak little or no English, by providing a safe space in which to make friends, feel part of the community and learn English. Sessions are at the YMCA every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning 10-12 during term time. We talk about a different topic every session, and offer hot drinks and biscuits. The sessions are free and there is no need to book.
Our sessions can be considered Warm Spaces for anyone who wants to improve their English. Our Monday English for All sessions are also open to men.
