Community Equipment Loan Service
What is this service?
The Community Equipment Loan Service is a social care and NHS funded service provided by Medequip to make daily living activities easier and safer. Equipment will be on loan to you for as long as you need it and are living in Essex.
Following an assessment by a health or social care professional, Medequip loans prescribed equipment to help Essex residents live independently. The service includes: · Delivery · Installing equipment · Servicing · Repairs · Collecting equipment when it is no longer required.
