Mid Essex Talking Therapies is part of Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and the national NHS Talking Therapies, for anxiety and depression programme.

The service offers psychological treatments for common mental health problems like stress, anxiety and depression to those aged 17 and over who are registered with a GP in Mid Essex. This includes Braintree, Chelmsford, Maldon and surrounding areas.

The service offers a range of treatment options to help you to make positive changes in your life and improve your wellbeing. This includes interactive webinars, group sessions and 1-1 therapy delivered via telephone, a computerised programme, online video conference and face to face. During your initial assessment a practitioner will help you to identify the most option.
