Forever Active offers a range of activities, sports, and classes, all designed for over fifties to improve mobility, strength, and confidence. From seated exercise classes to cricket, guided meditation to dance, there is something for everyone! Many activities take place in local village halls and parish buildings, so you should be able to find something near you. You can browse our directory to see what's on offer, with sessions suitable even if you have little or no experience. We only include approved instructors, and they are always keen to welcome new faces. Activities are sociable, friendly and informal with no pressure.
