DOSE Fest is a one-day immersive learning opportunity and celebration of happiness, creativity and connection. Designed with inclusivity across the board in mind, we are planning opportunities for all ages and abilities. The festival invites participants to explore how different activities and environments can activate each of the four happy hormones. Transforming wellbeing into something tangible, joyful and community powered. We want to empower people to live healthier, happier lives.
