About

Changing Pathways is a local domestic abuse charity working in South and South West Essex. We provide free and confidential support and advocacy to individuals of any gender subjected to domestic abuse and stalking in the areas of Basildon, Brentwood, Castle Point, Epping Forest, Harlow, Rochford and Thurrock.

For help contact our helpline on 0330 333 7 444 between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. For 24 hour help, call the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247. For all office enquiries call 01268 729707.

Brighter Futures Program runs over 8 weeks, it is an educational program for women and men who are currently in a DA relationship or have been in one historically. Much of the program covers the affects DA has on children. Our aim is to try and break the cycle of abuse our clients are suffering from or have suffered in the past.
