Breakeven provides free, flexible, confident and support for adults affected by gambling-related harms. Support is available face-to-face, over the phone and online, helping both those struggling with gambling and the family members, friends and loved ones impacted by it. Our aim is to improve wellbeing, reduce harm and support long-term recovery through personalised treatment and practical strategies. We offer one-to-one counselling alongside specialist group programmes.
