The reception team based at Causeway House offer advice on the wide range of services that BDC has to offer. There is also access to self service computers for Gateway to Homechoice, Planning Portal, BDC and Essex County Council websites. The team provide signposting and currently offer customers the option for their information to be passed to Provide if any health issues are raised where the customer requires assistance.
