Afro-Brazilian Arts & Cultural Exchange Institute (ABACEI)

About

Afro-Brazilian Arts & Cultural Exchange Institute harnesses the power of sport, arts, music, dance, and martial arts to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged individuals in our community.

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Martial Art that combines kicks, self-defense, acrobatic movements, dances and rhythms and has therapeutic properties. With our projects we aim to improve the physical and mental well-being of all those who need it the most.
