What is this service?
Our one to one or small group nature therapy service is a tailor-made service designed around the specific needs of participants. Through outdoor activities, we address the complex needs of individuals who have trouble engaging in school, relationships or life in general.
The majority of our one-to-one or small group therapy sessions are carried out at one of our 2 woodland sites in Chelmsford, Essex. Our therapists/counsellors may also be able to deliver sessions near where the participants live. Sessions are delivered one day a week for an agreed period of time.
