Stroke Support Group
What is this service?
Stroke support group which takes place 12pm - 2pm every Thursday from April 2025 at Copper Pot Community Cafe.
​Sessions will be run by Lee - a stroke survivor and now qualified disabled personal trainer, and partner Natalie, a retired physiotherapist. They will be doing seated exercises to assist stroke survivors both physically and mentally.
