What is this service?

ACL learners (19+) have access to a diverse range of accredited and non-accredited courses which encourage creativity, healthy lifestyles, social inclusion and engagement and our Mental Health Recovery Programme features a suite of FREE two week courses and FREE six week courses for residents struggling with low level mental health issues, or wanting to improve their health and wellbeing through a variety of courses which are co-delivered by tutors who have a dual professionalism by holding an adult learning teaching qualification and either practitioner within mental health services or lived experience.
