What is this service?
We host six interactive online sessions for parents who are struggling with stress/anxiety, and/or may be feeling isolated or lonely and would like to meet others feeling similar. Our sessions aim to improve your wellbeing and are free to attend. Please telephone for more details.

Free service for parents with children under 5, living in Braintree, Chelmsford or Maldon.
