What is this service?

Free, confidential family support service for families with a range of issues such as loneliness and isolation; mothers with postnatal depression; one parents or parents experiencing relationship problems; families struggling with the emotional and physical demands of having twins,multiple births or several pre-school children; family overwhelmed by the death of a loved one; families where there are special needs, disabilities or an ill child.

WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?
Free support for the following: Lonely/isolated parents; Mothers with postnatal depression; Lone parents or parents experiencing relationship problems; Families struggling with the emotional and physical demands of having twins; multiple births or several pre-school children; A family overwhelmed by the death of a loved one; Families where there are special needs, disabilities or an ill child.

HOW ARE SERVICES DELIVERED?
We have a team of fully trained volunteers, one of whom will meet with a family for up to two hours a week either in an outdoor space, community venue or via Zoom or telephone, offering non-judgemental support, helping families with the challenges and demands of every day living and working towards a brighter future, call us for more information.
