Essex Young People's Drug and Alcohol Service (EYPDAS)
What is this service?
We support young people affected by drug and alcohol addiction. If you are below 25 and you are affected by substance misuse, we want to help. Whether it is you or someone in your family that is addicted to drugs or alcohol, we are here to support you every step of the way.
How can we support you?
Substance misuse is serious. It causes family conflict and it exposes children to drugs and crime. This impacts well-being and mental health.
With the right help and support, it's possible for you to get drug free and stay that way. We work tirelessly to raise awareness on substance misuse and provide urgent support and advice for you and your family. Our service is free and confidential and includes:
One-to-one support
Group work support
Telephone support
Drug rehabilitation requirement (DRR) interventions
Virtual support
NEET Support (for those not in education, employment or training)
