What is this service?
We are a team of sensory specialists delivering needs-led and person-centred services to people with sight, hearing and dual sensory impairments, their families, carers and wider community. Our high quality services are focused on early intervention, improved wellbeing and maximising independence.

WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?
Anyone over 18 living within Essex can be referred for a service. However we do provide information, advice and guidance for all ages, including children and young people. Anyone can contact us for advice including carers, families, GPs, Social Workers, businesses and residential homes.
HOW ARE SERVICES DELIVERED?
Information, advice and guidance is available via telephone, email, text-phone, SMS and our website. Our home visiting service takes place across Essex.
