ECC: ADULT MENTAL HEALTH WELLBEING TEAM

What is this service?

The Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Team provide short term support for people with mental health and emotional issues such as • Anxiety • Low mood • Stress • Depression. We work with you to improve your wellbeing and quality of life, for you to regain control and move forward. We are NOT a 'crisis' response mental health team. We CANNOT support you if you're in contact with Secondary Mental Health services provided by EPUT, e.g psychiatrist or Specialist Mental Health team. We operate Mon-Fri only.

WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?
Adults (aged 18-65) who have a mental health problem which affects their wellbeing. We cannot support you if you are in contact with Secondary Mental Health services provided by EPUT – for example a psychiatrist or a Specialist Mental Health team.

HOW ARE SERVICES DELIVERED?
We are a short term service.The services we provide include : One-to-one support. Self-help advice and guidance. Helping you find other support for issues affecting your wellbeing, such as debt or a physical health problem. Helping you access social groups in your area. Support for Carers.
