Early help/Family support
What is this service?
If you have a child aged 0-19 (up to 25 for those with SEND) and you need some support and advice, you can call us on 0300 247 0014 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays) or alternatively pop into your closest Family Hub during opening hours.
When you call us, you will be asked for a brief description of the support you need (e.g concerns around child's speech/support needed around child's sleep/behaviour) and a staff member will give you a call and speal thrugh your concerns/needs and if needed, put a plan of action in place.
